June 5, 2025: Twenty-six (26) states provide at least one form of statewide citizen-initiated ballot measure. Florida, one of these 26 states, recently made changes to their citizen initiative process. The bill was voted completely along partisan lines with all 81 Republicans voting in favor, and all 30 Democrats opposing.
