December 9, 2020: According to The Hill, “more than 110,000 restaurants have completely closed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, according to an estimate by the National Restaurant Association.”[1] That represents approximately 17% of the nation’s restaurants.
A survey conducted by the trade association found that 37% of restaurant operators think it’s unlikely their business will still be open in six months.[1]
