June 5, 2020: Forty-five percent (45%) of workers today are regularly taking part in Zoom calls or other video conferencing efforts. A Ballotpedia survey found that total includes 65% of those working primarily from home and 29% of those working primarily in a company office.[1]
The survey found that 24% of workers use Zoom and have no in-person interaction with either co-workers or customers. Not surprisingly, 93% of those Zoom-only workers are primarily working from home.[1]
- Seventy percent (70%) of these Zoom-only workers have a college degree and 25% earn more than $100,000 annually.
- Forty-two percent (42%) are Democrats, 28% are Republicans, and 30% are not affiliated with either major party.
- Just 27% approve of the way President Trump is performing his job.[1]
