June 6, 2025: Sixty-six percent (66%) of homeowners say their home has increased in value over the last year. A Napolitan News Service national survey conducted by RMG Research found 17% say their home has not increased in value.

The survey also found 55% of homeowners say looking ahead to a year from now, their home is likely to be worth more. Nine percent (9%) say their home will likely be worth less, and 28% say about the same.

Methodology

The survey of 1,000 registered voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen on May 27-28, 2025. Fieldwork for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. Certain quotas were applied, and the sample was lightly weighted by geography, gender, age, race, education, internet usage, and political party to reasonably reflect the nation’s population of Registered Voters. Other variables were reviewed to ensure that the final sample is representative of that population. The margin of sampling error for the full sample is +/- 3.1 percentage points.
