Ray ran for election to the Fifth District Court.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 26.6 percent of the vote. He competed against Lisa Shaw. [1] 

Education

Ray received his undergraduate degree in Law Enforcement Administration and a Master's Degree from the University of Oklahoma. He received his law degree from Oklahoma City University.[2]

Career

Ray began his legal career as an associate assistant attorney general, in the criminal division. He is an attorney in private practice. He has also taught classes at the Oklahoma City University School of Law.[2]
