Scott Stadthagen
Scott Stadthagen (Republican Party) is a member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 9. He assumed office on November 7, 2018. His current term ends on November 4, 2026.
Stadthagen (Republican Party) is also the Republican Party of Alabama Chair. He assumed office on March 7, 2026.
Stadthagen (Republican Party) is running for re-election to the Alabama House of Representatives to represent District 9. The Republican primary for this office on May 19, 2026, was canceled.
Stadthagen began serving as Alabama House of Representatives Majority Leader in January 2023.[1] He stepped down from House leadership in February 2026.[2]
Biography
Representative Stadthagen graduated from The University of West Alabama in 2002 with a B.S. After graduation, he became owner of Hagen Homes Incorporated. In addition to this, he served on a variety of boards throughout his career, including the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce, the Morgan County Builders Association, and the Economic Development Group of Hartselle.[3]
