Scott Wales
Scott Wales was a candidate for the Branch 47 seat on the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. Wales was defeated in the general election on April 4, 2017.
Biography
Wales has been a judge for the Fox Point Municipal Court since 2009. He also runs his own legal practice.[1]
Elections
2017
Wisconsin held local judicial elections in 2017. Forty-eight circuit court seats were up for election on April 4, 2017. Three seats required primaries on February 21, 2017, with the top two vote recipients for each seat advancing to the April 4 general election. Thirty-seven seats up for election in 2017 were unopposed.[2] Kristy Yang defeated Scott Wales in the general election for the Branch 47 seat on the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
