Scott Wayman is a judge for the First Judicial District in Shoshone County, Idaho. He was appointed in 2016 to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Fred Gibler.[1] Previously, Wayman was a magistrate judge.

Wayman was retained to the 1st District Court, Kootenai County magistrate seat with 84.8 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]
