Biography
Scott Webster graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1998. Webster's career experience includes owning Webster Properties LLC and Premier Custom Homes LLC. He served as the president of Home Builders of Iowa and an alderman with the City of Bettendorf, Iowa.[1]
