Scott Wilson (Louisiana)
Scott Wilson (Republican Party) was a member of the Baton Rouge Metro Council in Louisiana, representing District 4. Wilson assumed office in 2009. Wilson left office on December 31, 2020.
Wilson won re-election to the seat in the primary election on November 8, 2016.
In 2013, Wilson was a Republican candidate for District 65 of the Louisiana House of Representatives.[1]
Biography
Wilson earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Louisiana State University. His professional experience includes working as Vice President of Derashnie Enterprises, a transportation company.[2][3]

Wilson ran for election in the special election for Louisiana House of Representatives District 65. The seat is vacant following Clif Richardson's (R) resignation due to health issues on January 2, 2013. Wilson was defeated by Barry Ivey (R) in the special election on March 2, 2013. Candidates had until January 11 to file.[4][1][5][6]
