Biography
Sea Chan was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He earned a bachelor's degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 2010. His professional experience includes working as a Merchant Marine Deck Officer. Chan began serving in the United States Navy in 2010. He has been affiliated with the Rotary Club and Kiwanis.[1]

It was a fusion restaurant before the term existed, where I child labored till my parents cut me off as soon as it was legal for me to get a job outside the family
In my day job as a merchant sailor we have hours to learn multi-billion dollar operations of vessels that deliver cargo in and out of ports on transoceanic voyages, with the most extreme personalities you will ever hear about in civil society. Parliamentary procedure is about talking to folks to move paper... the level of complexity to be navigated for goal accomplishment is not the same.
Our population is literally being poisoned by shady overseas Rx ingredients, and food nutrition being ignored, while our geriatrics on the hill fight over who uses which potty.
This division and dehumanization of each other has to stop.
