- I have over 20 years of experience working behind the scenes in government—more than any other candidate in this raise. I have the knowledge, experience, and relationships to hit the ground running in the House of Delegates for the residents of District 46.
- Hailing from Cherry Hill, I am the only candidate that was born and raised in District 46. I am also the only candidate that currently lives in Downtown Baltimore, our city’s fastest growing neighborhood. I have a background that spans across the many diverse communities in District 46, which I believe best prepares me to be an advocate for all of our communities.
- I have a proven track record of getting results. As Vice President of Government Relations a national nonprofit, I secured over $3.4 billion in federal funding to help our nation’s public HBCUs address COVID-19. I also helped secure a $400 increase in the maximum Pell Grant, helping over 7 million American better access and afford higher education—no matter where they choose to attend school.
