Sean C. Cutshall was a candidate for a seat on the Brevard County Court, Florida in 2012.[1]

2012 election

Cutshall ran for election on August 14, 2012, but was defeated by incumbent Judge Judy Atkin after receiving 17.7% of the vote in the three-way race.[2][1]

Education

Cutshall received his B.S. degree (in Business Management) from the University of Phoenix in 1999 and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002.[3]

Career

Cutshall began his career in 2002 as a judicial law clerk for a New Jersey Superior Court. In 2004, he became an assistant state attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Since 2008, he has worked as a trial attorney.[3]
