Sean M. Quinn is a Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals judge. Governor Mark Dayton (D) appointed Quinn in March 2018 to replace Judge Manuel J. Cervantes.[1] On November 1, 2019, Gov. Tim Walz (D) reappointed Quinn.[2]
Education
Quinn earned a B.S. in applied history from Carnegie Mellon University in n1986. He obtained a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1989.[3]
