Ensuring neighborhoods have a stronger voice in the development process; maintaining sufficient infrastructure alongside our rapid growth; and revitalizing communities to reduce the negative impacts of gentrification and promote local economic opportunity.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
I love the intellectual challenge of solving complex societal problems and envisioning both the short-term and long-run implications of proposed solutions to make life better for people. I am also very passionate about standing up and fighting for others, particularly on matters of principle.
Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?
The Statesman by Plato; The Carbon Crunch by Dieter Helm; and the Tao Te Ching by Laozi.

Honest, trustworthy, a fighter, passionate, empathetic.
