Born in 1997 in Pleasanton, California, and raised in Tracy until 8 years old, my life was shaped by resilience and family values, especially during my father's cancer battle. This led to a year in Mexico for family support, deepening my understanding of adversity and community strength.

I moved to Bulverde, Texas, for my father's care, graduating from Claudia Taylor Lady Bird Johnson High School in 2016, then attending Northeast Lakeview Community College. Education has always been a cornerstone of my personal growth.

In 2017, I enlisted in the Air Force, fueled by a strong desire to serve my country. Although my military career was shortened due to medical reasons, it instilled in me values of integrity and commitment. During my service as an LGBTQ+ individual, I actively advocated and fought against discrimination, striving to foster an inclusive environment. This period was crucial in shaping my perspectives on leadership and equality.

Balancing military duties with education, I earned a Bachelor's in Finance from Pennsylvania State University in 2023. My early exposure to business, assisting in my mother's venture, laid the foundation for my later role as a leader in our family business. As a candidate in TX-12, I am committed to representing our community with the same dedication and integrity. My journey has uniquely positioned me to be a voice for equality, inclusivity, and resilience.
  • Commitment to Service and Integrity: Rooted in my military background, my campaign is built on the values of service, integrity, and dedication. I aim to bring these core principles to governance, ensuring that every decision and policy is guided by a commitment to serve the best interests of our constituents in TX-12.
  • Advocacy for Inclusivity and Equality: As an LGBTQ individual who actively fought against discrimination in the military, championing inclusivity and equality is a cornerstone of my campaign. I am dedicated to creating a community where every individual, regardless of their background or identity, is respected, valued, and has equal opportunities.
  • Fiscal Responsibility and Transparency: Drawing from my experience in finance and business management, I prioritize fiscal responsibility and transparency in government spending. My aim is to ensure that taxpayer money is managed wisely and effectively, with clear accountability and oversight, to foster trust and efficiency in our public institutions.
LGBTQ Rights: As a proud member of the LGBTQ community, I am committed to advocating for equal rights, protection against discrimination, and broader acceptance. I believe in creating policies that support the LGBTQ community in areas like healthcare, employment, and legal recognition.

Fiscal Responsibility: My background in finance has instilled in me a strong belief in the importance of fiscal responsibility. I am dedicated to ensuring that government spending is efficient, transparent, and accountable, with an emphasis on reducing wasteful expenditure and optimizing the use of taxpayer dollars.

Government Accountability: I firmly believe in the need for greater accountability in government. Public officials should be held to the highest ethical standards, and there must be robust mechanisms in place to ensure transparency and accountability in all aspects of governance.

Protecting Women’s Rights: Women’s rights are human rights, and I am committed to protecting and advancing these rights. This includes advocating for equal pay, reproductive rights, and policies that address and prevent gender-based violence.

Immigration and Border Security: I believe in a balanced approach to immigration that ensures border security while also providing a fair and humane treatment of immigrants. This includes supporting comprehensive immigration reform that offers a path to citizenship and addresses the root causes of illegal im
The person I look up to and whose example I aspire to follow is John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States. Kennedy's leadership, characterized by inspiring vision, progressive ideas, and a commitment to public service, resonates deeply with me.

JFK's ability to unite the nation with his eloquent speeches and his call to action for the common good left a lasting impact. His famous exhortation, "Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country," encapsulates the essence of selfless service and civic responsibility. This call to action speaks to my core values and my motivation for entering public service.

Kennedy was also a visionary leader, setting ambitious goals like landing a man on the moon. He was not afraid to dream big and push the boundaries of what was possible. This kind of forward-thinking and determination is something I strive to emulate in my political career.

Furthermore, Kennedy's efforts in advocating for civil rights and equality, though met with resistance, showed his commitment to justice and his belief in a more inclusive America. His willingness to take on challenging issues, even when they were not politically convenient, demonstrated a level of integrity and courage that I admire and seek to embody.

In following JFK's example, I aim to inspire others with a vision of what can be achieved, to serve with integrity, and to work tirelessly for the betterment of our community and nation.
Dedication to Service: My military background instilled in me a strong sense of duty and commitment to serving others, qualities essential for effective leadership in public office.

Fiscal Responsibility: With a background in finance and experience managing a family business, I possess a deep understanding of fiscal management, ensuring taxpayer money is used efficiently and responsibly.

Advocacy for Equality: As a proud member of the LGBTQ community, I am deeply committed to promoting inclusivity and fighting for the rights of all individuals, reflecting my belief in equality and justice.

Pragmatism and Problem-Solving: My diverse experiences have honed my ability to approach complex issues pragmatically, seeking practical and impactful solutions.
The first historical event that I vividly recall from my childhood is the tragedy of September 11, 2001. I was just four years old at the time. My most enduring memory of that day is the image of my mother watching the news as the events unfolded. The shock and fear on her face as she witnessed the second plane hitting the Twin Towers, and the harrowing scenes of people in desperate situations, are etched in my memory.

At such a young age, I watched alongside her, perhaps not fully comprehending the magnitude of what was happening but deeply affected by her reaction. It was a moment of profound confusion and fear, not just for my family, but for the entire nation and the world. The intensity of the event was such that my mother, like many others, was completely absorbed by the unfolding crisis, perhaps not even fully aware of my presence beside her.

This experience, though witnessed through the eyes of a child, left a lasting impact on me. It was a moment that showed the fragility of our sense of security and the profound impact of global events on individual lives. It has since informed my understanding of the interconnectedness of our world and the importance of resilience, compassion, and unity in the face of adversity.
1. Economic Inequality and Fiscal Responsibility:

The widening economic gap poses a significant challenge. Addressing this requires policies that promote equitable wealth distribution and economic opportunity for all, while ensuring fiscal responsibility in government spending. This means advocating for fair tax policies, investment in education and healthcare, and responsible budgeting that prioritizes the needs of the many over the few.

2. Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability:
Climate change remains one of the most pressing global challenges. The U.S. must lead in implementing sustainable environmental policies, transitioning to renewable energy, and investing in green technology. This aligns with my commitment to responsible governance, ensuring that our environmental policies are sustainable and consider long-term impacts on future generations.

3. Political Polarization and Governance:
The deepening political divide hinders effective governance and threatens national unity. Overcoming this division requires a renewed focus on bipartisanship, ethical conduct, and transparent leadership. It’s imperative to strengthen democratic institutions and promote civic engagement, ensuring that governance truly reflects the will and interests of the people.

4. LGBTQ Rights and Social Inclusivity:
Advancing the rights and protection of LGBTQ individuals and other marginalized groups is crucial. This involves combating discrimination in all forms, promoting equal rights, and ensuring inclusivity in policy-making. Upholding the dignity and rights of every citizen is fundamental to a just and equitable society.

5. Immigration Reform and Border Security:

Balancing secure borders with a fair and humane immigration policy is vital. Comprehensive immigration reform should provide a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants, reform the legal immigration system, and address the humanitarian aspects of immigration.
As a candidate who values practical solutions and effective governance, I firmly believe that compromise is both necessary and desirable in policymaking. In a diverse society like ours, with a wide range of perspectives and interests, it's unrealistic to expect that any single viewpoint will entirely prevail. Compromise is essential to finding common ground and advancing policies that benefit the broader community.

My platform, which emphasizes fiscal responsibility, government accountability, and protecting the rights of all, including the LGBTQ community, is built on the understanding that effective policy requires collaboration and sometimes concessions. This doesn’t mean sacrificing core values but rather finding ways to achieve shared goals while respecting different viewpoints.

In today’s environment of heightened political polarization, the ability to compromise is even more crucial. It allows for more inclusive and sustainable policies, and it's key to restoring trust in our democratic institutions. As a representative, I am committed to engaging in constructive dialogue, listening to different sides, and working towards solutions that best serve our community's needs.

Economy

Employment
In today’s rapidly changing world, a robust and resilient economy is crucial for the well-being of every citizen in our district. My economic plan is centered around revitalizing our local economy by supporting small businesses, fostering job growth, and ensuring fair wages for hardworking Americans. Recognizing the pivotal role small businesses play in our community, I propose targeted tax relief and simplified regulations to encourage entrepreneurship and sustainable business growth. My focus is also on creating quality jobs that not only pay well but also offer security and advancement opportunities. This includes investing in emerging industries and technologies that promise high-growth potential, thereby future-proofing our workforce. To ensure that no one is left behind in our pursuit of economic prosperity, I am committed to implementing policies that increase financial literacy and provide accessible pathways for skill development and education. By balancing the needs of our local businesses with the welfare of our workforce, we can build an economy that thrives on innovation, inclusivity, and stability.
Tax Reform
I outline a comprehensive strategy for tax reform to bolster the middle class, the backbone of our economy. This reform includes implementing progressive tax rates, ensuring the wealthiest contribute their fair share, and relieving the middle class. I propose increasing the standard deduction, expanding child and dependent care credits, and enhancing tax benefits for education and healthcare.
Additionally, the plan involves adjusting tax brackets for inflation and reforming capital gains tax to prevent undue burden on the middle class. Key to fostering economic growth is supporting small businesses and homeownership through targeted tax incentives and simplifying the tax code for easier navigation. My personal pledge is to advocate for a tax system that supports small business owners and reflects the role they play in our economy. By voting for me, you’re choosing a representative who understands and shares the experiences of small business owners and middle-class families, committed to creating an equitable, prosperous future for our community. Taking On Inflation: Real Solutions for Rising Costs
As a resident of District 12 and a small business owner, I stand shoulder to shoulder with you against the tide of rising costs for daily essentials. My approach to combating inflation is personal—it’s shaped by shared struggles at the grocery store, the gas station, and with every energy bill. I’m committed to actionable relief that eases the burden on families and businesses, like removing sales tax on critical items and enhancing our infrastructure to stimulate local job growth. My Stance

2nd Amendment
In my commitment to upholding the Second Amendment, I advocate for a balanced approach to gun safety that respects our rights while addressing public safety concerns. Recognizing the urgent need for action in the wake of numerous mass shootings, my proposal includes implementing stricter regulations on military-grade weapons, comprehensive universal background checks, and mandatory training and licensing for gun owners. By raising the ownership age for certain firearms to 21, we aim to ensure responsible gun ownership. As a gun owner myself, my focus is on crafting policies that protect both our constitutional rights and our communities, finding common ground for a safer America. (Click Here)
Protecting Children
In our mission to protect the children of today’s fast-paced and digitally-driven world, we face a range of critical issues from the mental health impact of social media to the dangers of unrestricted internet access. My commitment is to advocate for policies that ensure safer social media environments, enhance online safety, and provide comprehensive mental health support in schools. Concurrently, I oppose the worrying trend of book banning in education, which stifles intellectual freedom and learning. As your representative, I am dedicated to creating and supporting initiatives that foster a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for our children, allowing them to thrive in both the physical and digital worlds. (Click Here)
Defense Spending & Support
As a veteran, I understand the importance of a strong military and responsible defense spending. The Department of Defense’s failure to pass a financial audit signals a need for greater transparency and efficiency in how we allocate defense funds. I advocate for reallocating wasteful expenditures to enhance the pay, healthcare, and working conditions of our service members, drawing from my own experiences of advocating for safer working environments in the military. My commitment as your representative is to ensure our defense spending not only bolsters our military capabilities but also respects and values the service of our personnel. Together, we can maintain our global leadership while prioritizing the well-being of those who protect us. (Click Here)
Veteran Benefits
I address the critical need for improved veteran services, drawing from my own experiences as a disabled veteran. The article outlines a comprehensive plan focused on expanding healthcare access and reducing wait times at VA health centers, ensuring veterans receive timely and high-quality medical care, including mental health services. I advocate for updating VA benefits regularly to keep pace with inflation, providing financial stability and security for veterans and their families. Additionally, the article highlights the importance of enhancing Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) services to aid veterans in their transition to civilian life and enrich our workforce. Protecting veterans from fraud and abuse is also a key priority, necessitating stronger laws and regulations. My personal connection to these issues underscores my commitment to not just advocate for, but actively work towards, significant improvements in the care and support our veterans receive. (Click Here)
Supporting Our First Responders
My focus is on enhancing support for law enforcement officers and firefighters. The approach involves increasing comprehensive training, ensuring adequate funding, and advocating for criminal justice reform. The article emphasizes the importance of advanced training, including skills in de-escalation and mental health awareness, to equip first responders for various challenges. It advocates against defunding the police, instead calling for proper funding to provide necessary equipment and resources. Additionally, the article highlights the need for criminal justice reform to foster transparency, accountability, and community trust. The overall goal is to strengthen community relations and ensure first responders are well-supported, respected, and equipped in their roles of protecting and serving the community. (Click Here)

Policy Positions

Border Security
My approach goes beyond traditional political rhetoric, advocating for a robust border security system that includes advanced technology and strategic resource deployment to effectively manage illegal crossings, human trafficking, and drug smuggling. Simultaneously, I emphasize the importance of humane treatment for asylum seekers, ensuring their cases are processed efficiently and fairly. Recognizing the inefficiencies of our current immigration system, I call for streamlined visa and residency processes that balance security with compassion. I also highlight the critical role of U.S.-Mexico collaboration, leveraging my bilingual background to advocate for a joint defense strategy that enhances border security. Committed to pragmatic solutions, my goal is to establish a border policy that reflects our national values and acknowledges the complexity of border issues. (Click Here)
LGBTQ+ Rights
I emphasize a solid commitment to the rights and dignity of the LGBTQ+ community, advocating for equality, inclusivity, and respect for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Key policy initiatives include supporting comprehensive anti-discrimination legislation, ensuring access to inclusive healthcare, and providing robust support for LGBTQ+ youth in schools and communities. The article also highlights the importance of legal recognition and protection of LGBTQ+ relationships and identities. The campaign underscores the need to create an inclusive community where LGBTQ+ individuals are valued and heard, advocating for their active participation in decision-making processes. The core message is a vision for a district where everyone can live openly and authentically, enjoying full rights and freedoms, thus fostering a community that embodies diversity, respect, and equality. (Click Here)
New Infrastructure
I discuss utilizing the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to transform our district’s infrastructure. This act provides a unique opportunity for significant improvements in transportation, utilities, and public services. My focus is on capitalizing on these funds effectively for our district, especially in addressing the increased traffic congestion and extended commute times caused by rapid growth and development. My plan for sustainable growth includes not just expanding roads and public transport but also investing in green infrastructure and creating pedestrian-friendly spaces.
A major emphasis is on job creation, ensuring that infrastructure investment opens up new employment opportunities and revitalizes the local economy. I am committed to ensuring that our infrastructure development meets the community’s real needs and shifts towards proactive planning. This initiative is more than just physical construction; it’s about laying the foundation for a more connected, efficient, and resilient community in Texas’ 12th District. (Click Here)
Healthcare Reform
I lay out a vision for transforming American healthcare, focusing on accessibility, affordability, and quality. My goal is to unite all political factions around the crucial objective of ensuring accessible healthcare for every American without financial burden or bureaucratic hurdles. Key to this vision is tackling the escalating costs of prescription drugs. I plan to advocate for policies that enhance transparency, boost competition, and allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices, prioritizing citizens’ health over pharmaceutical profits. Furthermore, I aim to build upon the Affordable Care Act to create a more efficient and accessible healthcare system. This includes simplifying processes, broadening coverage options, and ensuring healthcare plans meet individual needs without compromising on quality or affordability.
I strongly believe in preserving the sanctity of patient-doctor relationships, ensuring medical decisions are made based on professional judgment rather than insurance companies’ cost-saving measures. Supporting our seniors is another critical aspect of my plan, including expanding Medicare to encompass a wider range of senior care services. Similarly, enhancing veteran care is paramount. I am committed to ensuring the VA healthcare system is adequately funded, modernized, and expanded, particularly in areas of mental health and specialized services, to eliminate long waiting periods for treatment. These initiatives are deeply personal to me. My experiences, from witnessing my father’s battle with cancer and the insurance struggles that accompanied it, to my own challenges as a disabled veteran navigating the VA system, underline the urgent need for reform. In District 12, my mission is to overhaul our healthcare system to ensure it is not only efficient and fair but also compassionate and responsive, prioritizing the well-being of every community member. (Click Here)
Foreign Policy
I discuss a fresh approach to foreign policy, emphasizing diplomacy, cooperation, and an end to perpetual warfare. Drawing from the legacy of leaders like JFK, the focus is on prioritizing peaceful resolutions and global collaboration. Key points include strategically moving away from endless wars, using diplomatic means to protect allies, uniting to address global issues like climate change, and ensuring equitable contributions from international partners in peacekeeping efforts. This policy advocates shifting from military aggression to fostering dialogue, aiming to create a world of peace, prosperity, and unity. (Click Here)
Revitalizing Railways
My focus is on enhancing railway systems, including introducing high-speed rail to Fort Worth and addressing the challenges facing the Railroad Retirement and Social Security funds. The article emphasizes the importance of railways to the national economy and job market, and firmly opposes any diversion of funds from Railroad Retirement to Social Security, advocating for the protection of railroad employees’ hard-earned retirement benefits. The expansion of railway infrastructure is presented as a means to boost economic growth, create jobs, and meet future transportation needs, all while maintaining the integrity of railroad workers’ retirement plans. The commitment to developing railway infrastructure and safeguarding employee rights reflects a balanced approach to progress and worker welfare. (Click Here)

Environment

Path to a Clean Energy Future
In District 12, we are stepping up to the urgent climate challenge with a pragmatic energy strategy that respects both our economy and our environment. Embracing advanced nuclear technology and the expansion of renewables, we’re poised to reduce our carbon footprint while ensuring jobs and economic growth. Recognizing the current role of oil and gas, our balanced transition supports today’s needs while paving the way for a cleaner, energy-independent future. My commitment is to a united, innovative approach that propels us towards a sustainable legacy for generations to come. (Click Here)
Balancing Energy Progress
I focus on creating a sustainable energy transition in Texas. Recognizing the current importance of the oil and gas industry, the article outlines a strategy for gradually shifting towards renewable energy sources while ensuring job security and economic stability. Key points include investing in renewable technologies, retraining workers for green energy jobs, and providing incentives for clean energy initiatives. Additionally, the article emphasizes the urgent need to strengthen and modernize the Texas power grid, highlighting the importance of diversifying energy sources and holding ERCOT accountable for reliability. This balanced approach aims to maintain Texas’ energy leadership while addressing climate change and ensuring a resilient, diverse energy infrastructure. (Click Here)[2]
