Selah School district 119 Operations Tax Levy Replacement Proposition (February 2013)
A Selah School district 119 Operations Tax Levy Replacement proposition was approved on the February 12, 2013 election ballot in Yakima and Kittitas Counties, which are in Washington.
This proposition authorized the Selah School District to impose a replacement property tax levy of about $5.3 million per year for three years in order to fund maintenance and operations of the District. “ | The Board of Directors of Selah School District No. 119 adopted
Resolution No. 28-12, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, upon all taxable property within the District, for support of the District's General Fund educational maintenance and operation expenses:[2] |
