Senior Judge Zetusky dies

Delaware County, Pennsylvania: Edward J. Zetusky , Jr., senior judge of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, passed away on September 25, 2010 at the age of 73. He was first elected to this court in 1995, after practicing as a lawyer for over 30 years. He served as the president judge for one year before reaching the age of mandatory retirement (71) in 2008. At the time of his death, he was serving as senior judge on the criminal division of the Common Pleas Court. Fellow Common Pleas Judge Frank T. Hazel said of the former judge, "He was just a great personality. I always knew where Ed stood...You might disagree with him, but you always respected him."[1]
