The public has granted me the honor to serve as Director of the Water Replenishment District of Southern California (WRD). Next to the air that we breathe, water is the most critical element needed for life, and it is just as essential for commerce and industry. My opinion has always been clear and consistent; namely, access to safe, clean, affordable water is a human right. Every day I have been honored to serve as Director of WRD, I remember that you the citizens are my boss and that I too have a family I love and want to protect. Each and every decision I take has been based on the safety and well-being of our families. I respectfully request that you consider voting for me so that I can continue four more years working towards bringing “Water Independent Now 4 All” to completion; and yes, that includes you, me, and all our loved ones.
  • Water sustainability in the service area I represent is a reality thanks to the work you have supported me in, namely, creating renewable water sources.
  • Clean and safe water is a human right, thanks to your support, during my tenure in director, seven program designed to keep our water clean and safe have been put into action.
  • Affordability is key, so that we all have access to clean and safe water, thanks to your support WRD now produces water at less than half the cost of imported water.
I am passionate about maintaining our natural services public, safe and affordable.
