The question on the ballot:
A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Shadyside Local School District, for the purpose of permanent improvements at a rate not exceeding four and one-half (4.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-five cents ($0.45) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for four (4) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3] |
