Shahram Hadian was a candidate for Governor of Washington in the 2012 elections.
Biography
Hadian was born in Iran in 1971. His father, a Lt. Colonel in the Army, and his mother, an elementary school teacher, moved their family from Iran to the United States in December of 1978. They lived in the U.S. for four years before moving to Canada in 1982. Hadian eventually moved back to the U.S. and became a citizen.
Hadian has worked as a Christian pastor, police officer, teacher and coach. He is a public speaker and runs the Truth in Love Project, dedicated to speaking the "truth in love on a variety of critical issues facing our nation, including:
- The threat of radical Islam and oppressive Shari’ah Law in America
- The importance of civic engagement
- Protecting our Constitution and the rule of law from application of foreign law
- National security
- Standing with the nation of Israel[1][2]

Hadian ran for Governor of Washington in 2012.[3] He finished fourth in the August 7th blanket primary.[4]
