Haggerty's campaign Facebook page listed the following goals:
“ | MY GOALS The primary role as City Representative for District 4 should be to be an advocate for the people of the Northeast and ultimately the city. There are many issues that will come before us in the next four years. They include bond projects, increased quality of life, transportation and infrastructure issues like roads, services, business development and preserving Castner Range. In addition, we need to strengthen our community foundations to bring more jobs and opportunities to the Northeast; while developing a stronger relationship with Ft. Bliss, our soldiers and their families. COMMUNICATION AN ADVOCATE A SOLID FOUNDATION |
