Shane Pendergrass (Democratic Party) was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 13. She assumed office on January 11, 1995. She left office on January 11, 2023.

Pendergrass (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Maryland House of Delegates to represent District 13. She won in the general election on November 6, 2018.

Pendergrass served on the Howard County Council from 1986-1994.

Elections for the Maryland House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Vanessa Atterbeary and incumbents Shane Pendergrass and Frank S. Turner defeated Fred Eiland and Nayab Siddiqui in the Democratic primary, while Danny Eaton, Jimmy Williams and Chris Yates were unopposed in the Republican primary. Atterbeary, Pendergrass and Turner defeated Eaton, Williams and Yates in the general election.[1][2][3]

On November 7, 2006, Shane Pendergrass ran for District 13 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the second of three seats, losing to Guy Guzzone but beating Frank Turner, Mary Beth Tung, Rick Bowers, and Loretta Gaffney .[5]
