He is a current councilmember for the City of Green Isle and hosts professional leadership and organizational management skill that he feels would benefit the city for long term growth and fiscal responsibility. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and an Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. He works as a director for a regional medical examiners office and has a successful background in death investigations, healthcare, law enforcement, and government administration.

• Promote economic prosperity for the City of Green Isle while also building a place residents are proud to live, play, and work.
• Preserve the small town atmosphere with a close-knit community while still creating a welcoming place for future residents and industries.
• Protection, enjoyment, and use of Green Isle's parks and natural resource by utilizing grants, donations, and other programs to offer outdoor activities for people of all ages.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Shane Sheets believes that a vote or decision made at the city-level is more than a quick decision. If elected, he promises to incorporates his investigative mindset by using objective thinking, viewing topics from all sides, and assessing the pros and cons before making a decision.
