I am a Veteran and an America First candidate who believes we need to return to following the Constitution. We need to create schools and communities that reflect our states conservative values. As a native of South Carolina it pains me to see my home state failing to protect our citizens and especially our children. Whether it’s repairing or building better roads, safeguarding the children from CRT or DEI in our schools or advocating for lower taxes, I am the candidate who will lead the way in Horry County.
  • We have an illegal immigration problem that is compounding the drug and human trafficking all too often found in Myrtle Beach, and I want to make our community safer.
  • Infrastructure is woefully lacking in regards to roads, schools and other critical infrastructure services. Pressure must be brought to bear on agencies dragging their feet.
  • Children are our future and we must protect them from the left’s progressive ideology. Stop CRT and the chemical and surgical treatments that harm children due to the transgender indoctrination.
Education, burdensome regulations and taxation along with improved public safety and infrastructure.
I have long admired Ronald Reagan and became a Republican largely due to his influence.
My concerns for our nation can best be highlighted in books like You Will Own Nothing by Carol Roth and classics like George Orwells 1984 or Animal Farm. The public must be made aware of the intentions of those we have previously elected.
Knowledge and understanding of the Constitution and what it means to be a representative leader. Failing to adhere to the Constitution leads to disastrous laws and regulations which place undue burdens on tax payers. Neglecting to speak regularly with constituents demonstrates arrogance towards those you are elected to represent. Frequent opportunities to meet with constituents should be prioritized over other nonessential matters.
I am personable and an effective speaker as well as listener.
I believe in placing the needs of the people ahead of lobbyists and big business entities. We must put a stop to crony capitalism and return to being fiscal conservatives.
I worked for my parents business from very young until high school graduation.
As a history teacher I fell in love with Ken Follets books but my first is still my favorite, Pillars of the Earth.
Moving constantly with the US Army while my husband served.
Dealing with ever expanding government overreach and providing safeguards for citizens of our state.
It can be a benefit but also a disadvantage if their experience leaves them part of the problem and not the solution.
Nothing comes to mind.
Yes, only the legislature should grant such limited and temporary powers.
Education and Finance
This is essential for a functioning government and a society that trusts its elected leaders. Lower taxes and less government regulation are the keys to creating an environment for successful business.
