Shannon Himes
Shannon Himes is a former Ohio Superintendent of Industrial Compliance and Labor. She was appointed to the position by Director of Commerce Jacqueline T. Williams in November 2015 and served until January 2019.[1]
Biography
Himes graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in psychology in 1993. She went on to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 1997. Himes entered private practice as an attorney at Baker & Hostetler before joining the Ohio Department of Public Safety in 2004. In 2007, Himes transferred to the Securities Division of the Ohio Department of Commerce. Himes became Division Counsel in the Department of Industrial Compliance in 2013.[2][1]
