Knight earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1994 and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1998.[5]

Career

Prior to her election to the bench, Knight was a deputy district attorney for Los Angeles County. She started her career at no-kill animal rescue organization.[5]
