Shannon Peterson ran for judge on the 15A Judicial District in North Carolina in 2010.
2010 election
Peterson was defeated by Brad Allen in the general election, receiving only 36.76% of the vote. Though judges in the state do not run with party affiliation, Peterson was endorsed by the North Carolina Democratic Party.[1][2]
