Campaign website

Salmón's campaign website stated the following:

The Issues

A Court That Serves the Community

County Court at Law No. 10 handles evictions, small claims, and civil disputes that shape whether families stay housed, businesses survive, and people get a fair shake. Shannon has a plan.

Accessible Courts

Implementing morning and afternoon dockets so working families, hourly employees, and single parents can access the court without sacrificing a full day of income.

As a former 911 operator and Legal Aid attorney, Shannon knows what it means when public institutions fail to meet people where they are.

Efficient Case Management

Bringing modern judicial management to the bench: reducing backlogs, eliminating unnecessary continuances, and ensuring every case moves toward a timely resolution.

As a Bexar County prosecutor managing heavy caseloads and an experienced mediator, Shannon has built a career on moving cases forward without cutting corners.

Fairness & Dignity

Ensuring every individual is treated with respect and connecting parties with community resources like legal aid, housing assistance, and social services to prevent outcomes like homelessness.

Through her work with the THRU Project and Blu House, Shannon advocates for foster youth and children in high-conflict divorces every day.
