Sharmane Estolano was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. She earned a high school diploma from Palomar High School, an associate degree from Southwestern College in 1999, and a bachelor's degree from National University in 2001. Her career experience includes working as a consultant, licensed fiduciary, broker, and notary.
