Sharon Clark is the Kentucky Commissioner of Insurance. Clark assumed office on January 6, 2020. Clark's current term ends on February 1, 2028.

Clark previously served as Kentucky Commissioner of Insurance from 2008 to 2016.[2]
Biography
Before becoming Insurance Commissioner, Clark worked for a variety of governmental organizations, including the Finance and Administration Cabinet, Kentucky House of Representatives, Public Service Commission and the former Workforce Development Cabinet. She was the first director of DOI’s Consumer Protection and Education division, serving in that role for five years.[2]
