Sharon Grabowski was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 72 of the Indiana House of Representatives. Grabowski defeated Thomas Lenfert in the Democratic primary on May 8, 2012.[1]

Grabowski is a retired elementary music teacher from New Albany-Floyd County School Corporation, after teaching for 31 years.[2] Grabowski was president of the Teachers’ Union (NAFCEA) from 1997 -2001.[2]
After retiring, Grabowski worked for ISTA and MetLife as an Investment Advisor.[2]

Grabowski ran in the 2012 election for Indiana House of Representatives District 72. Grabowski defeated Thomas L. Lenfert in the May 8 Democratic primary[1] and was defeated by incumbent Edward D. Clere (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4]
