Sharon Hurd
Sharon Hurd is the Hawaii Commissioner of Agriculture. She assumed office on March 31, 2023. Her current term ends on December 7, 2026.
Joshua Green (D) appointed Hurd to Chair for the Department of Agriculture on December 12, 2022 to replace Phyllis Shimabukuro-Geiser.[1]
Biography
Hurd has been with the Hawaii Department of Agriculture since 2007. She has a bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Hawaii.[2]
