Sharon L. Hall (Minnesota)

Sharon L. Hall is a Tenth Judicial District judge for Anoka County, Minnesota. She was appointed to the District Court on July 23, 1993 and was elected to full terms in 1994, 2000, 2006, and 2012. Her current term ends in January of 2019.[1]
Education
Hall received her B.A. degree from the College of St. Benedict in 1976 and her J.D. degree from the Hamline University School of Law in 1979.[1]
Career
Hall began her legal career in 1981 as an attorney for the firm of Filla and Whisnant. That same year, she became a judicial law clerk. She left this position in 1983 to join the firm of Barna, Guzy and Steffen, Ltd. From 1992-93 she served on the Board of Directors for this firm. She was then appointed judge of the Sherburne County District Court in 1993 and of the Anoka County District Court in 2001.[1]
Elections
2012
Hall ran unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2] She received 99.19% of the vote.[3]
