I'm a parent of a student that attends a Henry County high School, and I have expereinced l first hand, the divsion between the community and the school system. My campaign is about bridging the gap between the community and school system. In 1999, Henry County Public Schools had a budget of 100 million dollars serving about 21,000 students. Today that budget is over 400 million dollars serving more that 42,000 students. I am passionate creating a better Henry County Schools System in which everyone will have a voice and role.
