Shastity Driscoll earned a bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University in 2007, a graduate degree from Arkansas State University in 2013, and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California in 2019.[1]

Received my Masters degree with honors from Arkansas State University in 2013. Received my doctorate degree from the University of Southern California in 2019.
  • I care about the district, because I am the district, raised since a child. PreK-High School Honor Graduate. I’m committed and I’m compassionate to the residents of District 13
