Shawn Bordeaux
Shawn Bordeaux (Democratic Party) was a member of the South Dakota State Senate, representing District 26. He assumed office on January 10, 2023. He left office on January 14, 2025.
Bordeaux (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the South Dakota State Senate to represent District 26. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Shawn Bordeaux earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in community and regional planning from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1989 and 1995, respectively. Bordeaux's career experience includes working as the director of the Institute of Tribal Lands at Sinte Gleska University, He has served as the chairman of the board of directors of the Oyate Networking Project and on the board of Dakota Plains Legal Services, Inc.[1]
