|- We need to make affordable housing not only to rent but for first-time home buyers. The next generation deserves to be able to buy a home and have the pride of ownership in their own home
- Urban renewal districts. We need to change the way these districts are siphoning off our tax dollars and strangling our city budget and school budgets.
- We need to get people in need the help they deserve and need from substance abuse treatment and mental health treatment. Not just handing them out. Free meals and not really helping them
