Bartsh earned her B.A. at Luther College and her J.D. at the William Mitchell College of Law.[2]
Career
Before her appointment to the Second District bench, Bartsh held a private practice in Saint Paul. She was also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Simultaneously, Bartsh was a conciliation court referee for Ramsey County. She also frequently lectured and was previously an adjunct professor at the William Mitchell College of Law.[2][3]
