Shawn Showers is an appointee to the District 8A court in Iowa. He was appointed by Gov. Terry Branstad (R) on November 23, 2016, to replace retired Judge Daniel P. Wilson.[1]
Biography
Showers received an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and a J.D. from Washburn University.[1]
As the time of his appointment to the bench in 2016, Showers was the Washington County Attorney.[1]
