Shay Chan Hodges was a 2016 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of Hawaii.[1] Hodges was defeated by incumbent Tulsi Gabbard in the Democratic primary on August 13, 2016.[2]
