I am an Xennial attorney, business owner and mom of two. I understand the challenges of raising a family and owning a business in this era. I am a product of the American dream that is now so elusive for the average Californian due to over-regulating policies passed in Sacramento. I worked hard as a special needs therapist for fifteen years to pay for college and law school. Now as an attorney for nearly a decade, I have focused on assisting the most vulnerable of society through my practice. As a former professor for seven years, I had the privilege of advocating for students from all religions, races, ethnicities, backgrounds, and walks of life. I have spent my entire professional career fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves! As your Assemblywoman, I will fight for YOU! Whether you are a parent, small business owner, college student, child, or taxpayer, I will work tirelessly to reverse and combat senseless government overreach in Sacramento. I will work improve our quality of life, preserve our Constitutional rights, increase our public safety, and protect our children!"
  • Protecting Our Children: Education is California Largest state expenditure but we rank near the BOTTOM in the US. We need to prepare our students for the tech-forward future by providing education programs in STEAM.
  • Improving Our Quality of Life: In order to lower the cost of housing, overregulation for new homes and businesses needs to be streamlined in order to bring developers back to our state and provide companies the opportunities to invest in our communities.
  • Preserving Our Constitutional Rights: Policies in Sacramento are breaking down the parent-child relationship. Californians should NEVER have to worry about being criminalized for expressing their freedom of religion or expressing their freedom of speech. The bills being passed in Sacramento are chipping away at our Constitutional freedoms.
Our crime rates are soaring. It's wrong that our children are growing up in a California less safe than one we grew up in. None of our children deserve that. It's wrong that the average family have been priced out of a home because overzealous regulation and taxation by the people in power the last decade have driven out businesses, developers and keep them away. That $100 Million dollar surplus is OUR tax dollars paying for an education system that is failing, a mental health system that isn't functioning and a special needs system that is broken. We need a change in this state before it's too late. We need career politicians OUT. We need a voice for us locally in our district that doesn't care about being a politician and voting party lines but cares about what is important for us: reducing crime, bringing in new jobs, getting businesses to invest in our communities and getting our homeless off our streets.
From the Berlin Wall being torn down, to the Oklahoma City bombing, nothing was more heartbreaking than 9/11. I was in a freshman in college and 18.
I was a special needs therapist for 15 years paying my way through college and law school.
