Sheila Kirk

Sheila Kirk is an Oklahoma associate district judge for Lincoln County, which is located in District 23. She was elected to the court in 2006.[1][2] She was re-elected in 2014 after running unopposed. Her current term expired on January 13, 2019.[3]
