A Shelby City Roads Income Tax question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Richland County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the City of Shelby to impose a 0.2% income tax for five years in order to fund the construction and maintenance of roads and sidewalks.[1]
