A Shelby City School District Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Richland County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the Shelby City School District to increase property taxes by 7.5 mills ($7.5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the emergency requirements of the district.[1]
