I am 27 year resident of Old Hickory. As a full-time Presbyterian pastor, I have served churches in Middle Tennessee for over 30 years. My wife and I have one daughter and two dogs. I am thankful for the opportunity to run for this office and serve the people of District 11.
Community Question Featured local question
I am a 2023 graduate of the Community Police Academy and have learned first-hand what an outstanding department we have. The two biggest issues facing the department right now are hiring/retention and mandated shifts (working special events like concerts, football games, etc.) I would like to work with the MNPD to find creative ways to ease the burden of these mandated shifts such as hiring out-of-county LEOs and creating special units like the Entertainment District Unit.
