Schouten (Democratic Party, Working Families Party) ran for re-election to the Oregon House of Representatives to represent District 27. She won in the general election on November 3, 2020. She advanced from the Democratic primary on May 19, 2020.
Schouten served as State Representative for Oregon House of Representatives District 27 from 2017-2023.
