Sheryl Maxfield
Sheryl Maxfield is the former Ohio Superintendent of Industrial Compliance and Labor. She was appointed to the position by Governor Mike DeWine in January 2019.[1] She stepped down in March 2019.
Biography
Sheryl Maxfield earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law. Her career experience includes serving as chief counsel for the Ohio Attorney General, assistant chief of the Court of Claims section, the chief of the Executive Agencies section, chief of the Health & Human Services section, and first Assistant Attorney General.
