My government name is Shirelle Brown and I wear many hats. I am a mother, daughter, sister, cousin, niece, aunt, friend, neighbor, Believer, servant, philanthropist, supporter, stylist, writer, consultant, visionary, facilitator, mentor, investor, community advocate, business owner, and retired government employee- just to say the least.

  • Economic Development (Blight Removal, Restored Neighborhoods)
To see government strengthen their competitive and economic positions by investing in more small businesses and private practices within local impoverished areas.
TD Jakes because he is a truly progressive businessman that has mastered economical urbanism, who believes in culture-based diversity and inclusion.

His methodology is a prime example of showing people who reside in inner-city-high crime areas a new and welcoming way by tying morality to money, a purpose, and to resources, ultimately bringing business opportunities where business people can upgrade impoverished people by bringing them into their settings to talk to them and invest back into the very communities that you hope to market your products to.

This is an alternative to simply running people out of their own neighborhoods and isolating them to one part of the city- out of sight, out of mind. People need to feel like they are a part of the equation as a means of restoring hope. He gives the least likely a seat at the table.
I possess a high-level of integrity, valor, competency, empathy, & humility. 20+ years of Government Relations background, Extreme budgeting tactics, and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life, especially those who are poverty-stricken and have been traumatized at some point within their lifetime.
Boldly speak and advocate on behalf of the people that you represent and promote legislation that evokes the betterment of the lives of those people.
To have evoked lasting change and restoration to impoverished areas.
The Bible because it makes me feel like I have a superpower.
The Invisible Woman who received powers after being exposed to and having survived a cosmic storm. She was then hidden amongst the very people she had to save.
I believe that it is a plus for an official to have been exposed to the "behind the scenes" of government relations so that they will not be blinded by surface work; however, it is not a necessity.
To be God-led and God-fearing, having high levels of Integrity, Valor, Relatability, Competency, Empathy & Humility. The ability to empathize with the people they represent, always upholding, promoting, and executing a form of restorative justice.
What do you call a deer with no eyes?
Answer: I have no-eye deer.
