Sid Broderson is a family court judge for the Allen and Simpson Counties Family Court of the 49th Judicial Circuit. It serves Allen and Simpson counties of Kentucky.[1] He was elected to the court on November 6, 2007, and took office the following January.[2] Broderson was re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning an eight-year term that expires on January 1, 2023.[3][4]

Education

Broderson received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1979.[5][6]

Career

Before he became a judge, Broderson served as a Simpson County attorney from 1986 until his election to the court in 2007. He has also previously worked as an attorney in general practice in Franklin, Kentucky.[5]
